Albums of the year?

This year I got a MP3 player to feed, so the music consumption was even more ravenous than normal. Over the summer Dance made inroads into my collection for the first time, and a few quality hip hop records filtered thru. But my top ten is largely rock of one sort or another. In order I'm ranking my top ten (on records new to me this year) as:
