liberal values slowly being drained away

So, for the fourth time, Toni's bike's been stolen again. The difference was it was stolen out of our garage last night. :(

I was woken up at about 4:30 by the dogs barking, and I looked out the window at the car but couldn't see anything, looked out the front, no-one there but it was raining.

Its not really the bike thats the issue, as its been nicked a few times from town etc. but its the fact that it was our driveway, our garage and someone was rooting around in it.
Before leaving for work, I apologised to the dogs for not listening to them.

Anyway, on a lighter note - at least we'll get an ipod, jigsaw, drill, saw and tones can have yet another new ride-once-get-nicked bike.
And no, I'm not going for the set of Calloway golf clubs.

On an even lighter note, 23 June 2006. Book it off, and make sure you're all in Grimsby. :)

happy monday

can someone lend me 50 grand?

and there's a new starwars fan flick out
I'll download it when I get home
when I say fan flick, its about 40 minutes long and apparently the effects looks quite good, but the acting is piss poor. Where it does differ from Ep. 1 & 2 however is the fan films not a bad story either.

Check out Limp Biccy's latest vid. Sounds like someone fell asleep with 'Killing in the name of' set to loop on the headphones. Funny how music is cyclical innit. Apart from that, with the spare bandwidth I've got (3mb link, pity I have to have a phone line with it, just not needed at all), stopped downloading mp3's and have just gone back to being a passive listener. Can't be bothered ripping/converting/arranging tunes when there's someone todo it for me. Get chance to listen to stuff I wouldn't normally stumble across. Gotta recommend Radio Paradise, very ecleciticciica^H^H^H varied. Only new thing I may actually spend dosh on is the new NiN; from what's been heard so far, it's Nin, usual stuff, but does exactly what it say's on the tin.

Yeah!!!, bring that poo in!!! Mummy Bonker!!!!

so I'm trying to get Deans e-mail address

and I can't find it on the blog or his profile or owt.
Anyway Dean, there's a meetup thing (althought I think they're charging for it now)
http://www.meetup.com/cities/gb/leeds/
I saw the anime meetup, and thought of you.
I then saw the punk one, or you may want to attend the Mikey Jackson meetup... :)
But then inbetween this was the 'psychopathic records meetup' and I quote:

"yo wasup juggalos, welcome to the leeds psychopathic records meetup group this is a place where juggalos in leeds can come and meet other 'los in leeds an chat its the shit! so sign your self up and get with the meetin! peace TWE12E"

WTF? (I know its all ICP bollocks etc.) but its a big WTF? ICP 'jugglaos' in Leeds?
"Ey oop, that shits t'dorp lad"
I need to get to this meeting.

OMG I can't beleive it!

So, Britney Spears is pregnant!!! Wow, I'm just like, oh man, she's having a baby! Woo! Thats amazing, and she only got married recently. She's a great girl, full of integrity. I'm sure she'd make a great mom, er mum. I just can't wait for the six part documentary of their relationship specially aired on NPC, you know, to express their love through art. Wow. I'm soooooo happpy.
In other news, US deficit hits a record $61billion, while last year CEO's got an average pay rise of 12%, and their workers just 3%.

Once upon a time, we used to talk to each other...

Man I'm so deep.

Anyhow We had a pretty good weekend, not doing anything in particular on Friday was followed by opening our first (gulp) joint bank account. Only took ten and a half years; and then a hour and a half in the bank; Out in Leeds of the evening. Went to 'Fax riding yesterday; managed to take tsome of my snow only tricks onto the dryslope for the first time, Switch 5050's for a kickoff, well chuffed. Today a day off (ah, flexitime - gotta love it) Back to 'Fax for shopping.

So what did you do?

Behold the Mecha

Mecha
Although it's kind of a tank with stilts when you see the movement, it's still pretty cool. Someone needs to take the vid and add the soundeffects.
Few Gyros and jumpjets and I think we've got the perfect urban pacification hardware.

And in other Mecha related new, it's those robot loving japs again, MechaCop .
Great stuff
